December 12, 2018 CEE BC (Belgium) and BYITSMART (Belarus) signed a Memorandum of understanding in Brussels, Belgium.
President of the CEE BC Christian Gessl underlined that the group of CEE BC’ associations are interested in expansion of trade and economic relations between economic entities of the European Union and EaP, strengthening the potential of private business in foreign trade. BYITSMART (Belarus) gives the tool for this. B2B online platform, developed in Belarus and named BYITSMART, makes foreign trade simple and understandable, helps businesses, states and society build trade bridges with innovation technologies.
Director of the BYITSMART Elena Bobyr is confident that the cooperation will be successful and the BYITSMART platform will be in demand by SMEs. She notes that the important difference between this platform and other similar projects is the "warm" audience of potential customers. Everyone who posts information about themselves is interested in a partnership. For 6 months, the platform brought together more than 1600 companies from 47 countries.
BYITSMART platform and developing partner network CEE BC will contribute to the change of traditional services when promoting goods to foreign markets, involve the business associations in the learning process and development of offline services with special offer to its members.
The Committee on International Trade was also jointly established. Its main objectives are to protect the interests of all sectors of the economy, to promote business contacts, to help solve international economic problems and better mutual understanding between business circles and organizations of different countries.
The activities are aimed at solving the most pressing issues, including such as the development of unified rules and standards for doing business and solving problems related to the liberalization of international trade.
Also on a business trip, BYITSMART representatives signed a Cooperation Agreement with CEE BC Moldova and planned to open a representative office and develop the platform in 2019. In the near future it is planned to sign an agreement with the countries of Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine.
The platform solves the problems that stand in the way of each manager - searching for goods, services, suppliers, customers and narrow specialists, renting and selling commercial real estate, transporting goods, and searching for investments.
